For this exceptional rye spirit Still Austin tapped Master Blender Nancy “The Nose” Fraley to select the most exceptional barrels of “The Artist,” which was then married together and bottled at the same proof at which the spirit was aged.
Mashbill: 100% Rye
Nose: Salted peanut butter, cola, ripe mango and fresh moss
Palate: Sourdough bread, popped popcorn with light lemon and green apple overtones.
Finish: Toasted almond with a large mid palate of vanilla, baking spice and walnut, tropical fruit and a slight astringency.
