It is then filtered a total of nine times and re-distilled, resulting in a perfectly clear, aged tequila. The palate is very smooth, but surprisingly complex, with notes of butterscotch and honey underpinned with dark oak, hints of smoke and a subtle hint of coffee. Subtle and sophisticated, but still showcasing a delicious edge, this is a standout bottle.
